The Milky Way

Planet BA-506 is home to countless alien species, all dreaming of making it to the prestigious Tower. For Noah, making it to the Tower isn't a dream, it is a forced sentence. Six months after being kidnapped from Earth with his memory wiped, he is turned into a premium black-market commodity with a bizarre selling point. To survive, he has to complete door-to-door sales calls to satisfy demanding extraterrestrials with his body's unique, supernatural milk. But as he works his way through the tower, it becomes clear that there might be more to things than Noah, or even his captors, could have realized.
