Synopsis
Tomato, the former capital, has become a huge slum of chaos. A journalist is attacked by crooks who pull him his bag. Fortunately, three children appear from nowhere for help. She gets her bag down and discuss with their young saviors she learns that if Tomato has fallen into decay because it is ruled by the underworld. Even the police is at its balance. In the tumult, the bag was recovered it was not his, but the crooks! Within find a sample of a new powerful drug mafia that is determined to recover, and that is where the real trouble will begin ...
