Sister of the main protagonist, typical S character.

The protagonist's tendency to break the fourth wall is actually due to him indirectly referring himself to Ririko. She was burdened with the Maximum Penalty by association, because of the fact that Higuchi Saburou - her father - was a criminal of the state for leading a rebellion. Thus, he could not communicate with her directly, for the Maximum Penalty consists of isolating the possessor, and anyone who would come into contact, would be sent to a concentration camp.
